Fancy a career in our industry?

See what’s on offer on a journey from sea to plate with our members and industry partners…

Our Members

Our members operate a diverse range of fishing vessels from England’s East Coast and Scottish ports, fishing in the North Sea and far beyond. We work together to ensure our proud industry remains profitable, safe and sustainable.

We offer two tiers of membership. The first is suited to active fishing businesses and grants access to a wide range of benefits. We have partnerships with organisations, projects and initiatives that offer invaluable support to fishing companies. The second is suitable for non-fishing business members seeking quota management support and the advice of EEFPO.

We know that our industry occasionally receives negative press, and with our members, we are committed to showing how rewarding careers in fishing can be.  With improved stewardship of the seas, our industry offers a sustainable protein source.  Harnessing this renewable food resource will drive growth for fishing businesses in our seas and meet the growing demand for sustainable protein.

With the help of our members, we promote sustainable fishing and help coastal fishing communities to thrive.  Using modern fishing techniques to maximise yield and minimise bycatch, we are helping marine environments and businesses to prosper.
